Role Expectations

You'll be working closely with multiple stakeholders and will be responsible for a wide range of tasks,
  • Partner with the company's leadership to define, launch, and drive strategic and operational initiatives around technology talent recruitment.
  • Partner with senior leaders across the organization to understand their hiring objectives and develop team recruiting strategies to hit headcount goals for remote-first teams.
  • Source candidates from relevant networks, online and internal databases, employee referrals and passive candidates through networking and research.
  • Drive a strong candidate experience through a high touch and consultative recruiting process.
  • Pre-qualify candidates for availability, interest level, visa status, salary range, qualifications, etc.
  • Ensure a smooth and positive candidate and hiring manager experience.
  • Help initiate creative and scalable changes to our existing recruiting strategy.
  • Track and analyze metrics and report on hiring progress to business leadership on a regular cadence.
