Role Overview
- Design and develop web applications.
- Transform designs into HTML, CSS, and VueJS components.
- Create visually appealing web pages and interfaces.
- Create, edit, or modify web templates and VueJS components.
- Optimize pages to meet Google's Core Web Vitals for enhanced user experience.
- Ensure cross-browser, cross-platform, and cross-device compatibility to avoid inconsistencies.
- Test for compliance with specified standards, including accessibility standards relevant to the client's region or domain
- Architect code effectively.
- Collaborate closely with team members on both internal systems and external customer-facing websites.
- Maintain a client-focused approach, ensuring products function effectively.
- Ensure products and applications perform above minimum standards.
- Provide feedback and guidance to team members.
- Continuously refine the codebase.
- Troubleshoot and debug defects and issues in implementations.
- Enhance all systems continuously.
Candidate Requirements
- Minimum of 5 years of experience in commercial software development
- Advanced expertise in VueJS
- Proficiency in HTML5, CSS3, and JavaScript
- Experience with Tailwind CSS and SASS
- Familiarity with Git version control
- Experience in creating responsive web designs/pages

- Experience with the Nuxt VueJS framework is a plus.
- Familiarity with server-side rendering technology.
- Usability testing.
- Proficiency in Photoshop.
- Website optimization and A/B testing.
- Conducting observational user testing or evaluating designs against usability heuristics.
- Knowledge of SCRUM and Agile project development methodologies.
- Experience with Docker development environments.
