Role Overview

Working as part of a small, collaborative, and all working remotely.
Setting and organizing requirements swiftly in a dynamic startup atmosphere.
Maintaining the current codebase.
Implementing new features and improvements.
Adhering to Accessibility standards and best practices.
Optimizing applications for robustness, scalability, and great user experience.

Candidate Requirements

5+ years of software development experience
High proficiency in Python, Django web framework, HTML5, CSS
Good understanding of Web Accessibility.
Strong knowledge of Git and Linux.
Excellent spoken and written English with the ability to communicate technical details.

Desirable Skills

Experience with building scalable SaaS web apps, SQL databases, Node.js, and AWS infrastructure.
