Role Overview

• Writing scalable, robust, testable, efficient, and easily maintainable code.
• Translating software requirements into stable, working, high performance software.
• Playing a key role in architectural and design decisions, building toward an efficient microservices distributed architecture.

Candidate Requirements

• Minimum of 4 year’s experience in Python and Django.
• Experience with Django Rest Framework.
• Solid understanding of AWS Services and Cloud Solutions (EC2, S3, Lambda, CloudFront).
• Experience with containerisation and orchestration tools, such as Docker and Kubernetes.
• Solid understanding of both monolithic and microservice architecture.
• Experience with databases: PostgreSQL, Redis, DynamoDB
• Experience with database design and management.
• Self-motivated, enthusiastic and driven.
• Enjoys solving complex problems.
• Able to work alone or as part of a team.
• High attention to detail.
• Goal orientated.

Desirable Skills

• Familiarity with serverless architecture and event-driven workflows
• Familiarity with AI technologies and concepts
• Data analysis skills using AI or Python frameworks
