Cloud Employee Co-founder Seb Hall speaks at The GXP Global Expansion Summit

Cloud Employee’s co-founder and London based Director Seb Hall was recently asked to speak at the GXP Global Expansion Summit in London on the Human Capital and Talent Strategies in New Markets panel.

Even for the most successful companies, international expansion can be exceedingly difficult and building an effective global human capital strategy is crucial. The session explored the opportunities and key considerations for organisations with talent management, resourcing and attraction strategies as they expand into international markets and embrace digital technologies. Seb discussed his experiences setting up Cloud Employee in the Philippines with a wide range of industry professionals including Microsoft’s Head of Outsourcing Srini Krishna and Tracey Figliola, Head of Global Mobility at Equinix.

Seb said, ‘The event was well attended with some highly informative segments. The discussion I took part in raised some interesting points and it was great to hear about some other people’s experiences launching into new markets.’
