Working on a desktop day in and day out can get tiring. A quick snack can help refresh your mood and keep you fuelled to work throughout the day. Instead of munching on the usual chips or confectionery, why not try snacks that will boost your brain power? Here’s a couple of our favourite readily available snacks you can easily bring to work with no hassle.

Dark Chocolate

The cocoa in chocolate is rich in flavonols, which have anti-inflammatory and antioxidant properties. Choline in the yolk is also known to increase memory and slow down cognitive impairment due to ageing. Like broccoli, the choline in yolk can help aid neurotransmitter acetylcholine thus increasing brainpower.
